Rates and Insurance
Alder Grove is a fee-for-service group. Our rates and accepted insurance coverage are listed below. Fees are due at time of service.
We take insurance for Medication Management appointments – we accept Colorado Medicaid, Medicare, Cigna and Anthem.
Insurance
You may seek reimbursement from your insurance provider if you are eligible to access your insurance company’s out-of-network benefits. We are happy to provide you with detailed statements you can provide to your insurance company in order to initiate the out-of-network reimbursement process. The insurance provider will then reimburse you directly. Please contact your insurance provider for more information. Additionally, you may be eligible for reimbursement through a health savings account if applicable.
We currently accept some insurances for medication management appointments only. Please contact our scheduler, Sara, for more information.
Individual Provider Rates
Helen E. Thilly, LCSW
Therapy sessions are 50 minutes:
- Individual therapy, $200
- Couples/Family therapy, $230
Kelly L. Caywood, MS, PhD
Therapy sessions are 55 minutes:
- Individual therapy, $235
- Couples/Family therapy, $260
Holly E. Vause, DNP, PMHNP-BC
Kari Green, MSN, PMHNP, FNP
Jessica Fynboh MS, RN, PMHNP-BC
Syreeta Spears, MSN, PMHNP-BC
Additional Rate Information
- Additional services: Letter writing, care coordination, school consultations, and any additional services are billed at $50 for every 15-minute increment.
- Payment: Cash, checks, and all major credit cards are accepted.
- Cancellation policy: You will be charged the usual, full-session fee for missed or cancelled sessions with less than 24-hours notice.
